We are working exclusively with a highly reputable, fast-growing accountancy practice who are entering an exciting phase of expansion across their regional offices.This is a brilliant opportunity for a Client Manager / Senior Manager to step into a high-impact role, managing a varied portfolio while also helping shape and support a growing team.The firm has built its reputation on delivering exceptional client service, technical excellence, and a genuinely supportive culture where people are encouraged to develop and progress.
The RoleYou will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality accounting, audit and advisory services while acting as a key point of contact for clients. Alongside portfolio management, you will play an active role in:
- Supporting workflow planning and resource allocation within the team
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff
- Reviewing accounts, tax computations, and financial statements
- Ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and internal processes
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to expand services within existing clients
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified (preferable)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accountancy environment
- Confident managing your own client portfolio
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and accounting standards
- Excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills
- Experience with Caseware (desirable)
- Proactive, self-motivated and commercially aware
Package
- £45,000 – £52,000 per annum
- ASAP start available
- Hybrid working available
