We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, Private Equity backed group is looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant.
The business has expanded significantly through acquisition and continues to have ambitious plans for growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join at an exciting stage, working closely with senior management and helping improve the quality of financial reporting and decision making across the group.
The role
You’ll take ownership of management accounting and reporting across several areas of the business, including:
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Producing budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
- Partnering with senior managers and providing meaningful financial insight
- Supporting month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting
- Improving financial controls, systems and processes
- Assisting with the integration of newly acquired businesses
- Supporting wider projects across the finance team
The person
We’re looking for someone with strong management accounting experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
Key Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or close to full qualification (A strong QBE would also be considered)
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to business partner with internal and external stakeholders
- excellent attention to detail and the confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders outside finance.
Benefits Include:
- £40,000 – £50,000 Salary
